Prior to joining Capstreet, Ethan worked as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets, where he was responsible for advising clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across various sectors. Ethan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame.
