Anja is a outside consultant within Capstreet’s Operating Executive Group. She works with the investment team and portfolio companies on acquisition integration, diligence synthesis, data security compliance, systems implementations, and key program and project management initiatives. Anja brings over 20 years of consulting, project management, and sales experience to Capstreet portfolio companies. She previously served in managing director and director-level roles at diverse organizations including a national consulting firm, utilization management company, niche consultancies, and revenue generation sales and management roles for software startups and business process outsourcing providers. She holds the CPMI (Certified Post Merger Integration Specialist) designation from IMAA (Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances). She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University where she served as a mentor to undergraduate students, and a Master of Health Informatics degree from University of Illinois Chicago.
