Bob has over 35 years of experience working with value-added distribution companies in senior management, sales & marketing, operations and supply chain roles and has worked with numerous private equity backed companies to develop strategy and drive profitability improvement. Bob is currently a board member for four Capstreet portfolio companies in the distribution space, Allredi, APG, The Colt Group and General LED and Bob previously served as interim CEO at APG and The Colt Group as well as Executive Chairman at Allredi.
