Charlotte is the vice president of administration at Capstreet. Prior to joining Capstreet, Charlotte was chief of internal operations at Daily Thermetrics, an entrepreneur-owned business specializing in high-performance temperature instrumentation for the refining and petrochemical industries, where she was responsible for all human resources, finance, and legal activities. Previously, Charlotte held roles at Citibank, First City National Bank, and other entrepreneur-owned businesses. Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Mathematics from Wellesley College, a Master of Arts degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
