Prior to joining Capstreet, RC was an analyst at Main Street Capital, where he evaluated and managed the portfolio of lower middle market businesses across a wide range of industries. RC received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Fellows, Finance and Entrepreneurship with minors in Math and Energy Commerce from Baylor University.
