Wayne is the chief technology officer in Capstreet’s Operating Executive Group. Before joining Capstreet, Wayne was a part of executive leadership team at symplr, a Capstreet III L.P. portfolio company, responsible for product management and product development at different stages of symplr’s growth. Prior to symplr, Wayne worked at a variety of software companies in software engineering, project management, financial, system health and monitoring. Wayne has also served on numerous industry and advisory groups in his over 35 years of commercial software experience as a developer, architect and executive across development, IT and product management groups.
